Company Picnic Facilities

Your group will need a comfortable spot to sit back and relax for meals and entertainment during their company picnics.

Clark D. Baker Lodge - Ralph Brunson Great Hall

Our largest and most beautiful room, the Great Hall can seat up to 200 guests and offers camps most beautiful view of J. Percy Priest Lake. The Great Hall, with its hardwood floors, high ceilings, and brick fireplace, is the perfect area to escape the heat of the day for meals, presentations or even a game of bingo.

Central Pavilion

The Central Pavilion is the perfect setting for a casual picnic on a warm summer afternoon. Seating up to 200 people, this area is centrally located offering convenient access to all of our popular activities for your Best Company Picnic.

Front Porch Amphitheatre

Overlooking a quiet cove on Percy Priest Lake, the Front Porch Amphitheatre is the perfect place for groups of up to 700 people to hold outdoor concerts, rallies and church services.

Company Picnic Catering

Let's admit it. The first thing people think about when someone says picnic is food. Our guests are welcome to provide their own caterer and meals for any activity at camp. However, our Guest Services Department works closely with the best caterer's in the Nashville area and will be happy to make all of the arrangements for your groups catering needs.

Beverages

We have found that it is easier for our guests to allow us to provide all mealtime beverages for our guests. All group beverages must be provided by the Joe C. Davis YMCA Outdoor Center. Since we are a YMCA of Middle Tennessee facility we ask that our guests refrain from consuming or possessing alcoholic beverages at our facility.
