Thousands of families face significant financial pressures as they work to rebuild their homes and lives. Families continue to be economically stressed as recovery efforts move into the summer months. Parents may not be able to afford summer activities like camp, but with everyone's help we can normalize the summer for our youngest flood survivors.

This year it costs an average of $505 to send a camper to day camp and an average of $1,520 to send a camper to overnight camp. One hundred percent of every dollar you give enriches the lives of Nashville-area youth by providing resident camp and day camp scholarships.

Each summer, more than 700 deserving children are given the opportunity to attend Camp Widjiwagan thanks to the generosity of hundreds of friends like you who donate to the Annnual Giving Campaign to send kids to camp.

This summer, camp has received more requests for financial assistance and scholarships than ever before. Camp Widjiwagan desires that every child, regardless of economic situation, has the chance to attend summer camp.

Camp Widjiwagan helps kids build the necessary skills to grow into successful adults. Parents, campers and camp staff all report that camp helps its participants:
