At Camp Widjiwagan the health and safety of each camper is our primary concern. Counselors are trained in safety, first-aid and CPR. They place heavy emphasis on accident prevention by supervising all activities closely. The HCA Sayahh Health Lodge is staffed with registered nurses 24 hours a day and will oversee the prescription and medical needs of the entire camp community.

Dining Lodge
Our Dining Lodge staff are experts in preparing nutritious meals for the campers and staff. We eat family style, sitting together with our cabin group. Meals are health-conscious and kid-friendly. We also cater to campers with specific dietary requirements.

Cabin Life
Sharing living quarters and responsibilities with a group of same-aged campers from different cities, states and countries is a tremendous amount of fun. It also provides an opportunity for personal growth, and development of long-lasting friendships. Making decisions independent of family and working as a team toward common goals invite lessons which give substance to the character-building aims of Widjiwagan.
Camper Cabin
Cabins comfortably accommodate 14 campers and 3 counselors. Cabins are air-conditioned and spacious, with two covered porches and a large private bathroom. Cabin assignments are made according to grade level and gender. Each cabin group is a part of a grade and gender specific unit, or "nation," to promote spirit and friendly competition.
